摘要
系统采用C8051F410片上系统为控制核心,采用直流稳压电源供电,通过电位器和单片机软件模拟进出料流量的大小.被模拟的流量以数字形式显示,并变送成4~20 mA信号传给储罐模拟电路,通过RS485接口上传给PC机,实现对物料流量进行仿真的效果.
With C8051F410 microcontroller as control core,this system employs DC regulated power supply,and simulates the input and output flow through the potentiometer chip and software.The materials flow simulated is displayed in digital form and transformed into 4 to 20 mA signal,then sent to tank analog circuits and can be uploaded to PC via the interface RS485.So it realizes the simulation for the flow of feeding and discharging process in the storage simulation system.
