摘要
目的筛选六月雪中齐墩果酸的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交设计L9(34)考察药材粒度、乙醇用量、乙醇浓度和提取次数4个因素,用高效液相色谱法测定六月雪中齐墩果酸的含量。结果六月雪中齐墩果酸的最佳提取工艺为A3B2C2D1,即100目的药材,加入12倍的60%乙醇水浴回流1次(2h)。结论本实验方法工艺合理,质量稳定,可为工业化生产提供理论依据。
Objective To optimize the conditions of extraction technique of oleanlic acid from Serissa Serissoides.Methods To take herbal granularity, ethanol usage, ethanol concentration and extraction times as evaluation factors by orthogonal design L9 （34）and determine the content of oleanlic acid by HPLC.Results The optimum conditions of extraction technique were A3B2C2D1 as follows： to add 100 mesh herbal powder to 12-fold 60% ethonal and reflux one time （2 hour each time ）.Conclusions The technique was reasonable with stable quality and it could provide theoretical foundation for industrialization production.
