摘要
当前,大学生思想道德观念的显性教育效果似乎很显著,但事实上,显性教育却存在着施教者与受教者之间缺乏互动,教育内容缺乏真实的感受性,教育方法缺乏针对性。大学生心理的特殊性决定了对大学生进行有效的思想道德教育要符合其心理特征;而隐性教育以其间接、侧面的教育方式弥补了显性教育中的不足,与显性教育形成互补,契合大学生心理特点,成为教育过程中重要的内容。
Now the effect of dominant education on eoUege students' moral eoneept seems obvious, while the recessive education is lack of interativity between teachers and students, real understanding on teaching contents, and pertinence on teaching method. The speciality of college students' psychology determines that moral education on college students should conform to their psychological characters, and recessive education makes up the shortcomings of dominant education with its indirect educational method, accords with college students' psychological characters and becomes important contents in educational process.
