摘要 目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者血脂紊乱和肾功能的关系。方法:回顾性分析399例2型糖尿病病例,分析其血脂和肾功能的关系。以MDRD公式计算肾小球滤过率。结果:甘油三酯、极低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇水平和肾小球滤过率呈负相关,高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇水平和肾小球滤过率呈正相关,而肾小球滤过率水平较低组的低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇水平高于对照组。hsCRP可作为肾功能受损的独立预测因子。结论:脂质代谢以及炎症指标和糖尿病患者肾功能减退独立相关。 Objective: To evaluate the association of serum lipids with renal function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods:399 diabetic patients were enrolled in this study. Serum level of their lipids, blood sugar, urea nitrogen and serum creatinine were monitored and the results were compared. GFR was calculated by MDRD formula. Results: The levels of serum TG, VLDL-C were inversely related to GFR, while the levels of serum TC, LDL-C were related to the level of GFR. HDL-C was positively correlated with renal fuction.hs CRP was an independent risk factor of the function of kidney. Conclusion: Lipid metabolic disorder is a risk factor of diabetic nephropathy.
