摘要
为鉴定转基因大白菜T1代对芜菁花叶病毒是否具有抗病性,采用摩擦接种法,将毒源接种到转基因T1代各植株和对照品种上,经培养、观察并鉴定其病情指数。结果表明:转基因T1代植株各品种的发病率及病情指数明显低于对照品种,且都具有明显的抗病性;经过统计分析表明,转基因T1代各品种的抗病性随着时间的增加,其抗病性有所减弱。
The virus source Turnip Mosaic Virus (TuMV) was transferred into transgenic plants of Chinese cabbage T1 progeny and the control plants (non-transgenie Chinese cabbage) respectively by the mechanical inoculation method in order to determine whether the transgenie plants of Chinese cabbage T1 progeny have resistance to TuMV. Result showed that the morbidity and disease index of the T1 progeny transgenic plants of different Chinese cabbage varieties, with visible resistance to TuMV, were obviously lower than those of the control plants. Statistical analysis proved that the resistance of T1 progeny transgenic plants of different varieties to TuMV weakened with time prolonging.
