摘要
"教师成为研究者"是教师专业化发展的重要趋势,是新课程改革可持续发展的必然要求。高等师范院校在职前就应加大对师范生教育科研素质的培养,为成长为研究型、专家型教师打下坚实基础。据此,师范院校应从转变教育教学理念、完善教育理论课程、创设浓郁研究氛围、鼓励师范生开展研究性学习入手,着力培养具有较强教育科研素质的基础师资。
It is an important tendency for professional teacher's development, a teacher is becoming a researcher, and it is also the requirement of continuous development for the new curriculum reforms. In the initial education phase, we must lay the solid foundation for the initial teachers to grow up to be researchers and expert teachers. In higher normal colleges, we should cultivate the initial teachers by transforming education thought, optimization educational course, establishing the research atmosphere and encouraging students to implement research activities to have the quality of educational research.
