摘要
较详细地研究了化学镀Ni-P合金镀液的组成、两种新的稳定剂和工艺条件对电解液稳定性、Ni-P合金层质量和性能的影响。讨论了稳定剂和热处理在工艺中的重要作用和影响;介绍了改进后的工艺在模具中的应用。
Efffects of composition of electroless Ni-P solution, two new stabilizers and technological condition on electrolyte stability, quality and performance of Ni-P coating are investigated quite in detail: Important role and influence of stabilizers and heat treatment in this process are discussed and application of improved process in moulds is stated.
