化学沉积Ni-P-SiC复合涂层的耐磨性(英文)

摘要 本文应用了扫描电镜,俄歇仪、磨损机等仪器设备探讨了化学沉积Ni-P-Sic复合涂层组织性能对耐磨性的影响以及磨损机理。比较化学沉积Ni-P合金及Ni-P-Sic复合涂层,由于Sic粒子的抗磨作用及基体对Sic的良好支承,复合涂层耐磨性更好。复合涂层镀后在镀态~600℃之间热处理,温度越高耐磨性越好。低于400℃处理,涂层硬度越高耐磨性越好;高于400℃处理、涂层韧性越高耐磨性越好。如果在600℃恒温下保温不同时间,那么保温60分钟处理,涂层耐磨性最好。 The effect of the Structure and properties of electro-less codeposite Ni-P-SiC costing on Wear resistance has been studied by SEM, AES and wear test ing. machine. Comparing Ni-P-SiG composite coating with Ni-P coating, -the wear resistance of composite coating is better. When the coating is heated at 84℃-600℃, the higher the heating temperature, the better the wear resistance. If the temperature is lower than 400℃, the harder the coating hardness, the better the wear resistance ; if the temperature is higher than 400℃, the higherthe coating toughness, the better the wear resistance. When the coating is heated at 600℃ for some minutes, the optimum time is 60 minutes for wear resistance
