摘要
使用Matlab工程计算软件,基于数学形态学的基本原理和方法,对炭黑填充橡胶的SEM照片进行图像分割,提取炭黑粒子的特征参数,并在此基础上依据统计学基本原理,提出了一种定量测定炭黑粒子分散度和分布均匀度的新方法,具有一定的科学性,精确度较高,弥补了人工识别方法的不足。
Based on the principle and method of mathematical morphology, the SEM photograph of rubber filled with carbon black (CB) is segmented by using Mattab 7. 0. The geometric characteristics of CB particles is acquired, and a new method for judging the dispersion of CB particles and distribution degree is proposed by means of statistical method quantitatively. The scientific method with better precision can remedy the shortage of identification operated manually.
