摘要
目前橡胶工业常用以黑白填充的面积比来计算炭黑分散度。本文首次提出通过统计各个炭黑间的距离分布均匀性作为评定方式。该方法不仅考虑炭黑团本身的分散程度,同时表征了不同分散程度的炭黑团在整体上的分布均匀性。使炭黑分散度的评定趋于更科学和更方便。另外,本文涉及到有关图像的智能化处理技术。
A new judgment method based on distance of carbon black dispersion was presented. Both sides of the dispersion and the distribution were all be considered with more scientific synthetically index. Besides, the new intelligence technique of processing color graphics was applied.
