摘要
以小桐子油制备生物柴油(以氢氧化钡为催化剂)产生的副产物粗甘油为原料进行甘油精制工艺研究,提出了离子交换一管道薄层蒸发精制甘油的方法和工艺流程,并对工艺参数进行了优化。研究表明,进柱甘油溶液质量分数为25%,甘油溶液流速为3mL/min左右,蒸发温度115—120℃,可得到含量为99.02%的精制甘油。该技术流程简单、效率高,可降低甘油回收精制成本和生物柴油的制备成本。
The glycerol, a by - product of biodiesel preparation from Jatropha curcasl oil ( barium hydroxide as catalyst), was refined by the method of combined ion exchange process and film evaporation of pipeline, and the parameters were optimized. The results showed that the refined glycerol with 99.02% content was obtained in following conditions: mass fraction of glycerol solution 25%, flow speed 3 mL/min,and vaporizing temperature 115 - 120 ℃. The technology has some advantages, such as simple technologic flow and high efficiency. The technology can reduce the cost of glycerol refining and biodiesel preparation.
