摘要
在气体保护下熔炼Mg-3.2Y-0.9Ce合金,并在大气下无保护重熔该合金,重熔合金在740℃保温半小时无燃烧现象。利用SEM&EDS观察了合金氧化膜横截面形貌并分析了元素组成,进一步通过热力学计算分析了合金氧化膜形成过程,为开发更多类型的阻燃镁合金提供了一定的研究基础。
Mg-3.2Y-0.9Ce alloy was melted under gas protection. Then the alloy was remelted under atmosphere and hold for 0.5 hour at 760℃.There was no burning taken place during this process.The cross-sectional view of the oxidation film was observed by SEM. The compositive element of the oxidation film was analyzed by EDS.The forming process of the oxidation film was studied by further hermodynamic calculation. All the above provided some basis to develop more types of ignition-proof magnesium alloys.
