摘要
文章对超临界流体萃取技术、膜分离技术、半仿生提取法、分子蒸馏技术、超微粒粉碎技术、微波辅助萃取、酶法提取等中药活性成分提取分离以及组合化学技术、分子生物色谱、多靶点筛选与高通量药物筛选等中药药理学研究方法进行了综述,旨在为创制现代新型中兽药,提高中兽药质控水平和实现中兽药现代化提供参考。
The isolation and extraction technologies of active components of traditional Chinese medicine, such as supercritical fluid extraction technology,membrane separation technology, semi-bionic extraction, molecular distillation technology, ultrafine particle grinding technology, microwave-assisted extraction, en- zymatic extraction, and the research methods of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacology, such as molec- ular bio-chromatography,multi-target screening, high throughput screening were discussed to provide ref- erence for developing new veterinary medicine, improving the quality control level of veterinary medicine, and modernization of traditional Chinese veterinary medicine.
