摘要
利用分子蒸馏技术对经超临界 CO2 萃取所得干姜油进行了分离纯化 ,并利用 GC-MS联用技术对姜油及分离纯化组分进行了化学组成分析。结果姜油中的萜类和姜辣素类组分被成功分离 ,分离出的姜辣素类组分中姜烯酚类化合物的含量达到了 86%以上 ,(6) -姜烯酚的含量达到了 60 %左右 ;分离出萜类成分中的 (— ) -姜烯和丁香烯的含量分别达到了 5 5 %和 2 0
The isolation and purification of essential oil extracted from Rhizoma zingiberis by supercritical CO 2 fluid technique had been studied by means of molecular distillation technique, and their chemical constituents analysis had been done by GC MS technique. As a result, the aromatic ingredients had been separated successfully from piquancy ingredients in ginger oil. And in piquancy ingredients part, the content of (6) shogaol reached more than 60%. In aromatic ingredients part, the contents of (-) zingiberene and β caryophyllene reached more than 55% and 20%, respectively.
