摘要
建立测定盐酸环丙沙星注射液中盐酸环丙沙星含量的高效液相色谱检测方法。色谱柱为Gemini C18110A(250 mm×4.60 mm,5μm),流动相为0.025 mol/L磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调pH至3.0±0.1)-乙腈(75∶25),检测波长277 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,进样量10μL。在12.5μg/mL^200μg/mL浓度范围内,盐酸环丙沙星的峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 4(n=5),平均回收率为99.58%。该方法简便、准确、灵敏,可用于测定盐酸环丙沙星注射液的含量。
To establish a method to determine ciprofloxaein hydrochloride in injection by HPLC. Gemini C18 column (250 mm×4.60 mm, 5μm) was used as an analytical column. The mobile phase consisted of 75% 0. 025 mol/L phosphoric acid solution and 25% acetonitrile,which was adjusted to pH 3.0+0.1 by trieth- ylamine. The flow rate was 1 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 277 nm. 10μL of diluted sample solution was injected to the sampler. Tinidazole showed a good linear relationship at a range of 12.5μg/mL- 900μg/mL (r= 0. 9994, n= 5). The average recovery rate was 99.58 %. The method is simple, accurate and sensitive and can be used to determine the content of eiprofloxaein hydrochloride injection.
