单侧损伤大鼠感觉运动皮层引起的前爪运动功能障碍

摘要 单侧损伤大脑皮层感觉运动区在8例大鼠引起对侧前爪运动障碍,表现为抓食成功率的明显下降,其中6例还出现前肢优势的转移。这些变化在术后两个月内未见恢复。4例对照大鼠损伤-侧大脑皮层后部均未引起对侧上述指标的改变,表明感觉运动皮层在支配前爪肌肉运动中的重要作用。 Eleven rats were trained to use their forepaws to retrieve food pallets through a slot and the successful rates (SR) for the preferred limbs were estimated. Unilateral aspiration was made of the sensorimotor cortex contrala-teral to the preferred limb for the experimental group (EG, n= 8) and of the posterior cortex for the control group (CG, n = 4) . It was found that the lesion in EG resulted in a persistent decline of SR in all subjects and a switch of limb preference in 6 rats. No recovery was found during the two-month post-lesion period. A lowered sensory sensitivity following cortical lesion was also notedin EG. In contrast, non above changes were observed in CG. The results suggest that the cerebral cortex play an important role in controlling the movement of the limb extremities.
