摘要
台湾地区特殊教育的特点是:特教对象种类齐全,分类体现人文精神;特教法律法规体系健全,立法理念先进;大力推进融合教育;特殊教育教师培育体系健全,资格鉴定程序明确;特殊教育的课程具有个别化、人性化、生活化特色。台湾地区特殊教育的经验对大陆特殊教育发展的启示是:加强特殊教育立法,规范特殊教育对象分类,进一步完善融合教育,超常教育应回归理性,课程改革应推陈出新,改革特殊教育教师培养方式。
The characteristics of the special education in Taiwan are as follows: the inclusion of many kinds of special children; humanized cldssification; perfect system of special education laws and regulations; advanced ideas of legislation ; the promotion of inclusive education ; and individualized, humanized as well as life - related special education curriculums. What the experience of the special education in Taiwan suggests to the developmerit of the special education in Chinese mainland is to strengthen the legislation of special education;to regulate the classification of the special children; to optimize the inclusive education; to develop a rational education for the gifted;to reform curriculums by bringing forth the new and to change the way of training special education teachers.
