摘要
简要介绍了化工园区安全规划多准则决策的四个主要步骤,并介绍了目前用于土地利用规划的决策支持系统软件的情况。这四个主要步骤是:(1)产生选择方案;(2)确定目标和后果;(3)产生有效前沿;(4)利用有效前沿评价偏好并选择最优方案。其中前两个步骤是相关的而且是相互穿插的,为的是使产生的可选择方案有实际意义。后两个步骤是为了搜索出最优解并基于偏好信息挑选出最满意的土地利用规划方案。最后进行了总结并提出若干建议。
The four main steps of multi-criteria decision analysis on land-use planning (LUP) vicinity of chemical sites were reviewed briefly,and the present case of software decision support system (DSS) for land-use planning was presented. These four main steps were : ( 1 ) generation of alternatives ; (2) determination of objectives and of consequences ; (3) generation of the efficient frontier; (4) assessment of preferences and selection of the most pre- ferred alternative depending on the efficient frontier. The former two steps were in practice interactive and iterative in sequence and in order to making alternatives meaningful in a decision analysis context. The aims of later two steps were to search the optimum solutions and select the best alternative based on preference information. Finally, the summary was made and several suggestions were proposed.
