摘要
简要回顾了化工园区安全规划的三种方法:安全距离法、基于后果的方法、基于风险的方法。介绍了它们的使用现状,并讨论了它们的可比性和不确定性。为了克服方法的局限性,人们希望开发更加一致和综合的方法。因此又简要介绍了欧盟开发的一种综合了确定性方法和概率性方法优点的综合方法——ARAMIS方法体系。最后进行了总结,提出了下一步需要研究的方向。
Three commonly used approaches for Land-Use Planning vicinity of chemical sites were reviewed briefly: 'generic' distances, consequence-based approach, and risk-based approach. The present situation of these approaches were presented, and the comparability and uncertainty of these approaches were discussed. To overcome the limitation of these approaches, one expected that a more harmonious and integrative approach would be developed. An integrative approach, the ARAMIS methodology which combines the strengths of both deterministic and risk-based approaches, was thus presented briefly. Finally the conclusion was made and the objectives of future research on diverse specific fields were put forward.
