健身俱乐部的发展与其员工的素质有着至关重要的关系。胜任力是指"能区分在特定工作岗位和组织环境中绩效水平的个人特征"。本文在阐述胜任力内涵及其战略意义的基础上,对我国商业健身俱乐部胜任力模型的方法与工具进行探讨和研究,指出了构建过程中应把握的实务环节。
