热轧板坯库柱与吊车梁连接构造分析和加固研究

摘要 热轧板坯库采用双肢钢管混凝土柱作为厂柱。经过10余年使用,出现了吊车梁间连接螺栓破坏、柱间支撑失效和柱顶垫板错位等问题,严重影响了车间的安全生产。针对各种破坏形式进行原因分析,并给出加固方案:增加了吊车梁间连接高强螺栓数量,使其满足强度和疲劳要求;焊接加固柱顶垫板;采取在吊车梁下面设"H"型钢梁,斜腹杆与"H"型钢梁用高强螺栓连接加固柱间支撑。加固方法可以为今后工业厂房设计的改进提供参考。 The concrete filled steel tube with two main elements was adopted at workshop of hot-rolling slab-yard . However, there are many problems such as damages of bolts, failures of column-and-braces, replacement sole plates on the top of columns and so on, which heavily affect the producing at workshop. In the paper, we analyze the causes of these problems and present the corresponding strengthening schemes: increasing the number of high-strength bolts joining crane beams which satisfy tensile strength and fatigue strength;welding sole plates;setting another H-shaped steel beam connecting to supporting bars with high-strength bolts under crane beam for strengthening column-and-brace. We can provide reference for improving industrial factory design from now on.
