摘要
科学发展观是是马克思主义关于发展的世界观和方法论,它与党的三代中央领导集体的发展观也是一脉相承的。它促进了党和国家第四次的思想大解放,开拓了中国特色社会主义理论新境界,是解决中国特色社会主义实践一系列问题的有力思想武器。
The scientific outlook on development is Marxism world view and methodology about development, which comes down in one continuous line with the third whole-show of CCP. The scientific outlook on development promoted the forth emancipate minds and exploited new ambit of socialism methods with Chinese-style, which is a powerful weapon to solve many problems in socialism practice.
