摘要
30年波澜壮阔的改革开放进程中,农村改革始终是重中之重,而土地制度又是农村改革的核心。通过对中国农村土地物权制度三十年历史变迁的描述和分析,可以清晰地看到中国农村土地物权制度在改革开放进程中的重要影响,以及在社会主义新农村建设中的重要作用。
In the magnificent 30-year reform and opening-up process, the rural reform has always been the top priority, and the rural land system is the core of the reform. Through the description and analysis of the historical changes of Chinese rural land property rights system,we can clearly see an important influence of the Chinese rural land property system in the process of reform and opening-up as well as its important role in building a new socialist countryside.
