摘要
中国特色社会主义土地物权制度的构建与发展伴随着改革开放的全过程,受到了中国特色社会主义道路的决定性影响,并反映和服务于中国特色社会主义道路。通过对土地物权体系、土地所有权制度和土地用益物权制度的分析,可以充分体现出这种本质联系。
The Chinese characteristic socialism land real right system＇s construction and the development are following the entire process of reform and open policy. It has come under the Chinese characteristic socialism road＇s decisive influence, refleeting and serving the Chinese characteristic socialism road. The analysis on the land real right system, the land ownership system and the land with the profit real right system may manifest the essential relationship fully.
