摘要
本文简单介绍了《全国水资源总体规划技术细则》中提出的天然径流一致性修正方法,并结合具体实例,阐述其在区域水资源评价中的灵活应用,同时对此方法提出了尚待研究和探讨的问题。
The paper simply introduces the natural runoff consistency correction method proposed in the technology detailed rules of national water general planning,discusses flexible application of the method in the assessment of region water resources connecting with the concrete examples,puts forward these advices and problems to be solved.
