简单介绍了声发射检测技术的基本原理和特点,通过100 m^3LPG储罐声发射检测的应用实例,说明了声发射检测的实施过程和结论分析,因其具有简捷、经济、灵敏度高,又能检测"动态"缺陷等特点,已发展成为金属压力容器检测和安全评定的主要无损检测方法之一。
In this article, the fundamental principles and characteristics of acoustic emission technique were introduced briefly. With the practical instance of using acoustic emission in inspection of 100 m^3 LPG storage tank, the performance procedure of acoustic emission inspection and the analysis of conclusion were described. With the characteristics of simplicity, economy, high sensitivity and detecting "dynamic" defect, it has been developed to be one of the main methods for the inspection and the safety assessment of metal pressure vessel.
