摘要 为解决奶牛乳脂低而影响原料奶质量问题,本文参考国内外相关资料及研究成果,综述了产生奶牛乳脂降低的主要原因、机理及预防措施,旨在奶牛生产中减少低脂乳综合症的发生,提高原料奶的质量。 Owing to the quality of crude milk could be influenced by the milk fat depression in cow, this article illustrated the reason and mechanism of milk fat depression and some precautionary measures on the basis of relative information and research discoveries, to provide the references for the syndrome occurrence of milk fat depression and improving the quality of crude milk in the diary production of milk.
