新课程师资培训的问题与建议

摘要 新课程改革的师资培训存在很多误区:培训目标过分强调对课程知识的学习;培训的内容空洞,忽视教师的学习需求;培训方法单一,忽视教师作为成人学习者的特点;缺乏对培训效果的合理评价。因此,新课程师资培训目标要重视对教师情感态度的培养;培训内容要加强针对性、实用性、系统性;培训方法要灵活多样,同时也要加强对教师培训效果的评估。 There exist many long-standing mistaken ideas concerning the training of teachers for the new round of curriculum reform. The goal of training lays too much stress on learning the knowledge of the curriculum. The content of training is too vague and general, neglecting the need on the part of the teachers. Training method is simplex, neglecting the characteristics of the teachers as adult learners. There is a lack of reasonable evaluation of the effect of training. Therefore, the aim of the training should attach importance to the training of teachers'feelings and attitudes; the training content should be clear-aimed, practical, and systematic. Training methods should be flexible and varied. And evaluation of the effect of training should be strengthened.
