摘要
通过对亲水性聚酯整理后涤纶织物的抗静电性、亲水性、透气性、白度、强力和耐水洗性等性能的测试,分析了影响抗静电性能的因素,优化了亲水性聚酯对涤纶织物的抗静电整理工艺条件:整理剂质量浓度40g/L.170℃焙烘120 s,pH值控制在5左右.研究了亲水性聚酯抗静电整理对涤纶织物染色性能的影响,初步探讨了抗静电剂的作用机理.
The influencing factors on the antistatic properties of the polyester fabric finished by hydrophilic polyester were analyzed by measuring antistatic, hydrophilic, air permeability, whiteness, strength, washable performance of the fabric. The optimum finishing conditions of hydrophilic polyester antistatic to the polyester fabric was obtained： the concentration of finish 40 g/L, curing at 170 ℃ for 120 s, pH value was controlled about 5. The effect of the hydrophilic polyester antistatic finishing on polyester fabric dyeing was studied and the antistatic mechanism was introduced.
