摘要
采用轧烘焙工艺引发β-环糊精对聚酯纤维织物进行接枝,探讨以1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸为交联剂、次亚磷酸钠为催化剂的条件下接枝环糊精以期提高聚酯纤维织物亲水性能的工艺条件。研究得出:β-环糊精处理聚酯纤维织物的最佳条件是β-环糊精质量浓度100 g/L,与丁烷四羧酸的摩尔比1︰3;烘焙的最佳条件是低温烘干6 min,高温烘焙3 min。回潮率测试结果表明,改性聚酯纤维织物的回潮率随接枝率的增加而逐渐增大,当接枝率达到最大值16.11%时,改性聚酯纤维织物的回潮率可达2.18%。聚酯纤维织物经30次洗涤后减重率控制在2%以内,说明接枝牢度优异。
Graft modification of polyester fiber fabric with β-cyclodextrin was initiated with pad-dry-cure process,to discuss the technological conditions for improving the hydrophilic property of polyester fiber fabric with 1,2,3,4-butane tetra carboxylic acid as cross linking agent and sodium hypophosphite as catalyst. Research shows that the optimum conditions for processing polyester fiber fabric with β-cyclodextrin are: mass concentration ofβ-cyclodextrin: 100 g/L,and molar ratio of β-cyclodextrin to butane tetra carboxylic acid: 1︰3; the optimum cure conditions are: drying at low temperature for 6 minutes,and drying at high temperature for 3 minutes. The test result of moisture regain suggests that the moisture regain of modified polymer fiber fabric gradually rises with the increase of grafting ratio,and can reach up to 2. 18% as the grafting ratio reaches the maximum( 16. 11%). The weight-loss ratio of polymer fiber fabric remains within 2% after washing 30 times,indicating that it is of good grafting fastness.
