摘要
学术期刊刊发的作品特别强调学术性、探索性及语言的专业性,这就要求学术期刊必须严把审稿关。目前学术期刊审稿制度日益暴露出弊端,因此学术期刊要完善审稿制度,逐步建立匿名审稿。从内外部环境和已有的成功经验出发,论证学术期刊实行匿名审稿制的可行性,重点分析匿名审稿制的功能和效果,认为匿名审稿可确保审稿过程规范,维护审稿的公正性,持续提高期刊质量,能产生良好的经济效益和社会效益,并在此基础上进行建制分析。
The works published on the professional periodical especially put emphasis on the technicality, exploration and the language specialization, so it is necessary to set a strict request on the professional periodical when examining the draft. However, at present professional periodical edit system exposes the malpractice day by day, therefore, the edit system must be perfected and the anonymous edit must be established gradually. The paper embarked on the internal and external environment and the existing successful experience, proved the feasibility of the anonymous edit system. It put emphasis on analyzing the function and the effect of the anonymous edit system, believed that the anonymous edit system can guarantee the edit process standardized, maintain the fairness of edit and improve the quality of periodical continually, so as to produce good economy and social benefit. Based on these, the paper carried on the organization system analysis finally.
