摘要
目的:探讨心理健康教育对小学生心理行为问题的干预效果。方法:采取心理健康教育和个别咨询的形式,对小学四年级194名学生进行一个学期16课时的心理卫生知识教育及4个学时的教师、家长心理讲座。采取前后对照的方法运用CBCL量表评估干预效果。结果:干预后男女生的CBCL总分均显著降低,其中男生分裂样、交往不良、强迫性、体诉、攻击性五个因子分显著下降,女生抑郁、体诉、分裂样、多动四个因子分显著降低。结论:心理干预能够改善小学生的心理健康水平,从而降低或减少心理行为问题的发生。
Objective: To assess the effect of psychological health education to psychological and behavior problems of students in elementary school. Methods: 194 4th grade students in elementary school were received psychological health knowledge course consisting of 16 class hours in one semester, and some of them gained individual counseling. Their teachers and family heads were given psychological lectures of four class hours. In order to assess the intervention effect,students were rated with CBCL before and after the intervention.Results: The male and female students' total scores of CBCL were decreased significantly after the intervention. Five factors of CBCL in male students as schizophrenia - like, mal - communication, obsession, body - complaint and aggression were descended apparently after the intervention; Four factors of CBCL in female students as depression,body - complaint, schizophrenia- like and hyper action were subsided significantly after the intervention. Conduslon: Psychological intervention can improve the psychological health level of elementary students, and decrease the possibility of psychological and behavior problems in students.
