摘要
矿业用地是土地管理和矿产资源管理的结合部，是土地和矿产资源中重要的内容，但由于多方面的原因，当前矿业用地管理相对薄弱。通过介绍衡南县矿业用地现状，分析存在的问题，最后提出了加强和完善县域矿业用地管理的建议。
Mine occupied land, which was the integration of the land management and the mineral resources management, was an important content of land and mineral resources. The current man- agement of mine occupied land was relatively weak because of many other reasons. The paper ana- lyzed present condition and existing problems of mine occupied land in Hengnan county. At last, it proposed some countermeasures to strengthen and improve the management of county mine occupied land.
