摘要
节约型社会的构建对作为社会主体的人有两个预设性要求:人们必须节制对现有物质资源的消费;人们必须以一种新的资源——知识资源取代物质资源在生产中的主体地位。观念是行动的先导,树立节约观念对于节约型社会的构建至关重要。当前,科学观中的科学万能论思想导致理性生态的失衡,并在现实层面上为人们的浪费行为提供着"辩护",对人们节约观念的形成影响极大,使科学观成为影响人们节约观确立的观念背后的观念。确立正确的科学观有助于人们在确立科学是第一生产力思想的同时,认清科学功能的局限性、相对性,从而对节约型社会的构建产生积极影响。
Two preshadowed requirements of the construction of economical society to the persons as the social body lie in： the restricted consumption of the current physical resources; the replacement of the physical resources by a new resource-knowledge resource as the main position in the process of production. As action is preconditioned by viewpoint, to uphold the economical concept is vital to the construction of economical society. Nowadays, the idea of ＂science talks＂ in scientific viewpoint has resulted in rational ecology out of balance, and offered excuse for the extravagant behaviour in people＇s physical life, which has exerted a great influence on the people＇s formation of economical concept and made the scientific viewpoint become the viewpoint become behind the economical concept. To uphold a correct viewpoint to science can help people make clear the limitation and relativity of the scientific functions while establishing the sience as the first productive force, which can exert a positive influence on construction of economical society.
