摘要
本文报告应用彩色多普勒超声心动图对50例大量心包积液心包穿刺置管引流前后的心脏收缩、舒张功能进行定量分析,结果表明:大量心包积液置管引流后心脏收缩、舒张功能均可以得到改善、其中以舒张功能指标改善最为明显(P<0.001),而收缩功能指标EF,FS有较为明显的改善(P<0.005),其他各项指标亦有所改善(P<0.001).这种功能的改善与穿刺方法及心脏功能的逐渐恢复有关.
Cardiac funtion including systolic and diastolic function of 50 cases with large size pericardial effusion before and after pericardiocentesis was studied with color doppler echocardiaography. The results show that diastolic function such as LVDd,EDV and A/E improved significently(p<0. 001) the sysolic in-dices including LVDs,ESV, SV, and CO increased moderaely (P<0. 025). It is concluded that both systolic and diastolic functions were improved
