摘要
本文对26例中等量以上心包积液患者穿刺抽液前后进行超声心动图检查,以观察左室收缩、舒张功能的变化。结果表明,反映左室收缩功能的参数无明显变化,而反映左室舒张功能的参数E、Ei、0.33/Ti增加,A、Ai、A/E、Ai/Ei减少(P<0.05或P<0.01),但Ti无变化。这一研究结果说明,心包积液主要影响左室的舒张功能。
Cardiac function of twenty-six cases with pericardial effusion of more than medium size before and after pericardiocentesis was studied with echocardiographically. The results showed no change in the indices of systolic function, while those of diastolic function such as E, Ei, 0.33/Ti increased, A, Ai, A/E, Ai/Ei decreased (p<0.05 or p<0.01), Ti showed no significant change. It is concluded that pericardial effusion mainly affects the left ventricular diastolic function.
