摘要
目的:探讨大豆蛋白对大鼠炎症因子水平和IR状态的影响,以初步阐明大豆蛋白改善大鼠脂代谢的可能机制。方法:SD雄性大鼠分为阴性对照组、高脂对照组和大豆蛋白组,以相应饲料连续喂养8周,检测3组动物FBG和血脂指标、FINS、IL-6、TNF-α和hs-CRP。结果:与高脂对照组比较,大豆蛋白能显著降低大鼠血清TC、TG、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、FBG及FINS水平,但HDL-C则没有显著性差异。结论:大豆蛋白可能通过有效的降低脂代谢紊乱大鼠血清炎症因子水平,改善胰岛素敏感性,从而降低大鼠血浆胆固醇的含量,最终改善大鼠的脂代谢水平。
Objective: To investigate the effects of soybean protein on the concentration of inflammatory factors and insulin resistance in rats and to study the possible mechanism of them. Method: Male SD rats were divided into 3 groups and feed for 8 weeks, examines FBG, blood lipid index, FINS, IL-6, TNF-α and hs-CRP. Result: Compared with the control group, the soy protein can obviously reduce serum TC, TG, CRP, TNF-α, IL-6, FBG and FINS(P〈0.01), but HDL-C did not have the significance difference(P〉0.05). Conclusion: Soy protein possibly reduced serum inflammation factors level of rats, improved insulin sensitivity and reduced blood plasma cholesterol, improved lipid metabolism level of rats finally.
