基于PAM控制的DBD等离子体反应器的负载特性

摘要 介质阻挡放电(DBD)等离子体反应器的负载特性与供电电源的控制方式紧密相关。笔者研究了基于直流调功(PAM)控制的DBD等离子体反应器的负载特性,考虑了高频高压放电电源的电路中的分布参数对负载特性的影响,建立了相应的等效电路模型,对负载特性进行了定量的分析,并进行了同轴介质阻挡放电的实验研究。研究结果表明,随着电源电压的逐渐升高,放电开始时刻逐渐超前于外加电源电压的过零点时刻,但该时刻始终发生于外加电源电压的上升阶段上;放电终止时刻始终发生在外加电源电压的上升率等于零的时刻;负载的等效平均电容逐渐增大,等效阻抗和谐振频率逐渐减小;放电电流和放电功率逐渐增大;放电区域逐渐增大,放电的均匀性也逐渐增加。 The load characteristics of dielectric barrier discharge type reactor depend on the controlling scheme of power supply. In order to study the load characteristics of DBD reactor powered by the PAM high voltage power supply; a equivalent circuit model considering the influence of the distributed circuit parameter on the load characteristics of DBD reactor is built, and a quantitative analysis of DBD load characteristics and a c^axial DBD experiment are carried out. The results show that: along with gradual increase of tile applied voltage, the initial discharge time in one half discharge period gradually moves forward across the zero point of the applied voltage, yet discharge happens on the rising edge of the applied voltage all the time, and discharge terminates at the zero point of rising slope of the applied voltage all the time; equivalent average capacitance of load gradually increases, and both equivalent impedance and resonance frequency decrease; discharge current and discharge power gradually increase; discharge domain and discharge uniformity gradually increase.
