摘要
改革开放30年来,随着人民生活水平的提高,城乡之间的医疗保障发展不平衡问题逐渐成为国家和社会各界关注的焦点。通过深化农村的医疗卫生改革,特别是农村合作医疗保障制度的改革,满足农村居民对医疗的需求,对降低农民的医疗风险,提高农民的生活质量,促进农业、农村经济的繁荣,深化改革开放具有重要的理论和实践意义。
Since 30 years of reform and opening-up to the outside world, with the improvement of people＇s living standard, the uneven problems between rural and urban health care have gradually become the focus of attention from the country and all walks of life of society. By deepening the rural medical and health care reform, especially the rural cooperative medical insurance system reform, to meet the demand of peasants＇ medical insurance, which can reduce the medical risk of peasants and improve the life quality of peasants. At the same time, it has theoretical and practical significance to promote the prosperity of agriculture and rural economy and deepen the reform and opening up.
