摘要
通过对近十年来相关资料的分析与研究,结果表明:女运动员经期进行大强度训练易引起性激素水平显著性变化,尤其是月经期不良生理反应较大,经期进行中强度翻l练不但不易引起不良的生理反应,而且对运动有益。最后,提出一些可行性预防措施与建议,以供教练员与运动员参考。
By analyzing the past ten years'correlated data, the author finds that great intensity of training easily causes significant sex hormone level change of female athletes'menstruation, especially the monthly period shows great bad physiological reaction, while middle intensity of training benefits beth the female athlete's menstrual cycle and the sport. In view of this conclusion, the author puts forward some preventive measures for the trainers and the athletes.
