摘要
将动情周期正常的24只SD雌性大鼠(3月龄)随机分为对照组和模型组(各12只),模型组大鼠每日进行一次力竭游泳运动,直到其动情周期抑制,然后定量分析卵巢ER、PR的表达。结果:与对照组相比,力竭运动致动情周期抑制大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞和黄体细胞上ER、PR表达都明显降低。结论:长期力竭运动对卵巢ER、PR的表达具有抑制作用,卵巢颗粒细胞、黄体细胞上ER、PR的表达水平的降低可能是运动性月经失调的发生机制之一。
Through evaluation of the effects of longterm exhausting exercises on ER and PR of rats'ovaries, this article aims to gain more insight into mechanisms behind athletic menstrual cycle irregularities (AMI). Methods: 24(3 -month-old) female Sprague- Dawley (SD) rats having normal estrus cycles are divided randomly into two groups: control group (C) and model group( M), 12 rats in each group. The rats in the group M perform exhausting swimming every day till those estrous cycles are inhabited. Immuohistochemical technique and image analysis are used to assess the expression levels of ER and OR of ovaries in rats. Results: Compared with group C, both granulose cells (GCs) and lutein cells (LCs) , the expression levels of ER and PR drop significantly. Conclusion: Long- term exhausting exercises block the expression of ER and PR in ovary, and the decrease in expression of ER and PR in ovary may be one of the mechanisms of AMI.
