摘要
性犯罪的情境因素是性犯罪主体在实施犯罪前所面临的直接促使其形成与原有心理结构相适应的犯罪动机和将这种动机转化为侵害行为的外在形势的综合,中小学校园师源性侵害犯罪作为性侵害犯罪案件的一类,具有时空条件、被害人情况及加害人与被害人特定关系等罪前情境因素。为了减少乃至最终根绝中小学校园师源性侵害行为,必须从加害人角度、被害人角度、社会角度及家庭角度开展综合性的情境预防。
In preliminary and high schools, the campus sex-related encroachment on teach resources involves such factors as precrime condition of time and place, the injured party, the ties between the victim and the injured. To get rid of such encroachment, comprehensive prevention should be conducted from the angles of the victim, injured, society and family.
