摘要
从NCBI网站下载6344条黄瓜EST,通过前处理得到全长为2.91×10^6bp的无冗余EST6033条。利用SSRHunt-er软件从这些序列中搜寻到729个SSR,分布于667条EST中,出现频率为12.08%,分布频率为1/3.99kb。单、二和三核苷酸重复是主导类型,三者共占总数的89.71%。A/T、AG/CT和AAG/CTT分别是单、二和三核苷酸的优势重复基元,分别占总数的29.77%、21.12%和14.95%。黄瓜EST-SSR以4~10次重复为主,基序长度主要集中于12~20bp。最后对这些EST-SSR的多态性潜能进行了评价。
A total of 6344 ESTs of cucumber were downloaded from the database of NCBI. After pre -processing, 6033 non -re- dundant ESTs with total length of 2.91 x 106 bp were obtained. By using software SSRHunter, 729 SSRs were sought out from these non - redundant ESTs, distributing in 667 ESTs. The frequency of the EST - SSRs was 12.08% and mean distance was 3.99 kb per SSR. Mononueleotide, dinueleotide and trinueleotide repeats were major types, totally accounting for 89.716%. A/T, AG/CT and AAG/CrlT were the most frequent motifs, respectively accounting for 29.77%, 21.12% and 40.57% in mononueleotide, dinueleotide and trinueleotide repeats. The repeat number of cucumber EST - SSR was mainly 4 - 10 and motif length of them mostly ranged from 12 bp to 20 bp. Finally, probability of polymorphism of these EST - SSRs was assessed.
