摘要
长期以来,消化系肿瘤一直被认为是单一器官的局部病变。然而,随着基因组学、功能基因组学以及高通量生物芯片等技术的发展,研究显示消化系肿瘤实际上是一种系统性疾病,是全身性疾病的局部反应。本文着重阐述系统生物学时代消化系肿瘤的研究策略和重点问题,肿瘤的早期分子水平诊断以及预测、预防和个性化治疗正成为重要研究和应用方向。
Digestive tumors have long been considered as the local pathologic changes of the involved organs. However, with the progress in genomies, functional genomics, and the development of high throughput technology (e.g. bioehip), studies reveal that digestive tumors are actually the local reaction of systemic diseases, that is, the tumors are systemic diseases. This article discussed the current strategies and important problems arising from the studies of digestive tumors in systems biology era. Early molecular diagnosis, prediction, prevention and personalized therapy have become the important major foci in this field.
