摘要 开展水轮机转轮动应力现场测试是叶片裂纹原因分析的重要手段之一。由于轴流转桨式水轮机转轮结构复杂,开展转轮叶片动应力现场测试的难度也相对较大。本文针对Tishrin水电站轴流转桨式水轮机转轮叶片裂纹问题,对其2号机进行了全面的转轮动应力和机组稳定性试验研究,介绍了Tishrin水电站轴流转桨式水轮机转轮动应力现场试验的试验方法及有关试验结果,对转轮叶片产生裂纹的原因进行了分析探讨。本文是国内外首次成功开展大型轴流转桨式水轮机转轮叶片动应力测试,具有一定的科研和应用价值。 Measurement of dynamic stresses in runner blade is one of the most important methods for cracks research. Dynamic stresses measurement of Kaplan turbine is more difficult because of its more complex structure. The test of runner dynamic stresses and unit stability of Tishrin Unit 2# were carded out in order to solving the problem of blade cracks. The measurement methods and related measurement results are presented and the cause of blade cracks is analyzed in the paper. This is the first time for measurement dynamic stresses of Kaplan turbine successfully at home and abroad.
