摘要
硗碛水电站是550m高水头电站,安装有3台发电机组X5Cr Ni134材质长短(13mm×13mm)叶片转轮,但转轮38个短叶片发生裂纹,严重影响了机组的稳定性和可靠性。通过理论、测试和试验确定,机组裂纹的产生是由于叶片动应力较大引起的。动应力较大主要是短叶片出口叶型的水力设计具有一定不足,叶片脱流卡门涡、导叶叶片共振干涉和尾水水压脉动引起的。通过叶片出水边修型,消除了发生裂纹的根源,机组运行了3年多,再未发生裂纹现象。论文的结论和分析过程对水电机组的设计、制造、运行、故障诊断和技术监督具有一定的参考价值和意义。
Qiao-Ji Waterpower Station is a 500m high-water-head station. It has three hydraulic-electric units .After a certain time, some cracks occurred in the X5CrNi134 runner blades. Through the theoretic Analysis and test, it made sure that the cracks had been caused by the bigger dynamic stress. The changed blade had been solved the cracks. Meanwhile it provides the reference value for manufacture, operation, fault- diagnosis, and technical supervision.
