摘要 目的用制备电泳分离纯化鼠疫菌纤溶酶原激活因子(Plasminogen activator,Pla)。方法用距离测量的方式来定位Pla三条带的位置。结果制备电泳纯化的Pla主要由相对分子质量约31×103、35×103、37×103的三条带组成,未检测到活性。结论Pla经制备电泳分离可以达到基本纯化。 Objective To purify Plasminogen activator of Yersinia pestis by preparative electrophoresis. Methods Pla was purified by measuring distance to locate the three bands of Pla. Results Pla purified by preparative electrophoresis mainly consisted of three bands (Mr about 31 × 103, 35 × 103, 37 × 103), but was not found enzyme activity. Conclusion Phi is purified basically by preparative electrophoresis.
