摘要
通过研究四羟甲基氯化鏻(THPC)与皮胶原模拟物(甘氨酸、乙二胺和皮粉)反应,间接证明THPC主要与胶原蛋白的氨基结合,可与氨基以n(P)∶n(N)=1∶2.2形成交联,THPC与羟基和酰胺基均有少量结合,并在pH=8.0时结合量最高。通过31P NMR分析表明THPC与胶原蛋白结合的结构主要是四羟甲基氢氧化鏻(THPOH)或三羟甲基膦(THP)。通过对比明胶被THPC、甲醛和铬盐处理后的等电点变化趋势,分析了THPC鞣制效应,最后可确定THPC与皮胶原的鞣制机理。
The reaction mechanism of tetrakis hydroxymethyl phosphonium chloride (THPC) and raw collagen were researched by the simulated materials of collagen including glycin, ethylenediamine and hide powder. It was testified that THPC mainly linked with amino groups of collagen as muiltipoints and the combination mole ratio n (p) : n(N) was 1: 2.2. The combination capacity of THPC was changed with pH and at pH 8.0 the combination amount was the highest with hydroxy and amido groups, although the reaction was weak. The ^31p NMR spectrums indicated that trihydroxymethyl phosphonium hydroxide (THPOH) or trihydroxymethyl phosphine (THP) can com- bine with collagen. The change trends of glutin isoelectric point after treated with THPC, formaldehyde and chrome sah were researched and the results showed that the tanning property of THPC was good.
