妊娠期糖尿病糖代谢变化的研究 被引量：5

摘要 目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的临床特点及其相关因素。方法:采用美国糖尿病协会GDM的诊断标准回顾性分析我院220例GDM孕妇的临床资料。结果:75g葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)以1h血糖和2h血糖值异常多见。经多元相关分析,发现50g糖筛查(GCT)1h血糖与OGTT各点血糖均相关,OGTT各点血糖之间也相关。OGTT2h血糖与新生儿出生体重呈显著正相关(P=0.01)。GDM孕妇产后血糖较产前血糖降低(P=0.00)。多因素logistic回归分析,发现年龄和糖尿病家族史与GDM发病有关。结论:对于具有GDM危险因素孕妇应尽早行GCT筛查,GCT阳性者及时行OGTT检测,予早期诊断和治疗。
