摘要
2008年1月到2月中旬,我国南方遭受了历史上罕见的低温雨雪冰冻灾害,给国家和人民造成了巨大损失,因灾直接经济损失达1516亿元。痛定思痛,我们应该深刻反思灾害的原因,不断总结和完善防御措施。面对自然灾害,能够使经济社会发展和人民生命财产得到长期有效的保障。
A rare low-temperature freezing rain and snow disaster hit the south of China from January to mid-February in 2008, causing tremendous losses to the country and people, with direct economic losses of 151.6 billion RMB. After the disaster, we should deeply reflect on the causes, review and improve the defensive measures, so as to make long-term effective protection for social and economic development and for people＇s lives and property in case of disasters.
